I think the fun is that every run is unique and trying out new combos and finding one that works is very rewarding.

I definitely bought Reddit gold to support them. Then they got all greedy. Today I pay Sync for a nice app and donate to my Lemmy and Mastodon hosts.

I use Fidelity and Vanguard. Fidelity's trading app is fantastic.

I'm still waiting for a reason to upgrade my 6, so I might skip 9. I think I'd upgrade if we get 20-40x optical zoom. Otherwise, I'm not sure what a more powerful phone will do for me.

I once got in an argument with a coworker that it is unacceptable to choose work over being a parent, in that it's not enough to just work and bring money home, but you have to actually spend quality time with your children. She got very upset that I was critical of "hard workers" that "put food on the table."

I keep the account for a couple logins and occasionally market place, oh and the messenger app because it's the only way to talk to some of my old Army buddies. I check it once or twice every two years. Always surprised how many people still use it.
