I wish I knew one reviews site that I can trust regarding souls like. Not all gaming sites know to really review them. A lot of youtubers love the game (although specifying issues in performance) And from gameplay videos it looks amazing and I have a feeling I'm going to have a blast

So instead of changing the name from Twitter to X it was actually changed to X (formerly known as Twitter).. Never seen an article calling it only X

I agree, every ac game is a copy of it's former. it was good once when the idea was fresh but today, a game so repetitive doesn't pass for me and every story is the same only a different location.

A research team investigate a guy from some country who had a bad childhood, had the same hawk with same abilities - climbing of thousands of high buildings, infiltrating or raiding villages, has a ship that helps him get to these villages. And do it over and over again.

Oh, and don't forget the millions of collectibles that are really hard to find since the map doesn't help you with that.

Never been able to finish a single game of ac

I'm both glad and sorry that this is what made you understand, hamas was like that ever since u remember myself, Israel never start those clashes. They always shoot hiding behind kindergartens, women and elderly people while the shoot thousands of missiles.

The only difference between previous ones to this one is that the caught us off guard

I'm looking for a distro recommendation for development needs.

I have a 16gb ram pc and using docker and k3s to run my code, and multiple intellijs on a linux vmware vm (my host is windows) which eats a lot of ram. I tried ubuntu, Debian and xubuntu.

Most of them didn't handle my ram consumptions, xubuntu is good but I'd like to know if there's a better one for my needs.

Hi guys, I'm on lemmy since the reddit api announcement and am subscribed to tens of communities. When I'm setting my feed to watch topics only from Subscribed communities (hot/active), I see a lot of topics from the same communities, like 10 topics in a row from 1 community then 3 from a different one and again from the first one. My point is that I want to get diversed topic from all subscribed communities ( I know there are new and hot topics there) and not seeing repeated communities only. Is there a way to make some communities show less topics or make the feed more diverse (other than I subscribe to the loud ones) ?

I'm trying to run a development project on a vm, my vm has Debian 12 and has 8gb ram and I'm running 2 intellij projects + mysql in docker and my vm freezes completely ti the point I need to reset my pc. Anyone has suggestions how to avoid tha without increasing memory? I feel like that a small project like that should hold 8 gb memory

I had a feeling they'll put something like this, so I went in every now and then to see how infinity will react. I really loved the app, devs did an amazing job

Hi guys, today my pc freezed so I reset and since then it only boots to bios or to black screen that said no media available. I tried to create a Windows 11 bootable usb, but I have an old Mac so I can't install wonderiso. I tried to create from terminal and not sure it worked because nothing happened. I reset bios and even update it and it didn't help.

I fear that my ssd died but I don't know how to make sure in the current condition. Any suggestions? what should I do?

I have an ssd replacement but not sure my bootable usb is working. Any advice will be welcomed.

Edit: actually the problem is bigger because I have 2 ssd and on hdd set on my pc (and another on laying around the house lol) I don't know on which ssd the windows is installed

Hi, it might be against what most people feel and think right now but I feel that it needs to be said.

I come from rational place even though I currently hate reddit and removed it completely from my devices, but I'm not going to delete my posts or nuke my comments.

Like it or not Reddit is still a huge database for a lot of solutions and great posts and discussions about opinions, reviews, how-to and many many more. Lemmy will take time to keep the pace and be filled with these types of content. And it might might take years to get to it (I really hope it will).

Deleting and nuking posts and comments are only distroy what we and the entire reddit community built over the years and it will be a huge loss for all of us.

If you ask me, the best way to say 'fuck you' to reddit, is keep all the old Content there, try to migrate as much as we can here and from now on build this content here. When/if Lemmy be mature enough we can go back and fuck everything up on reddit.

This is my 2 cents.

As the title said, I' going through the feed and new posts are adding pushing what I read down, which is annoying, is there a way to stop this?
