It's a roguelite action RPG.

SwitchUp did a review for it recently and praised it a lot. It was a sponsored video (I think), but I generally trust their reviews.

If it's reasonably priced I'll grab it for sure.

Love me some rogue likes! Contributed a lot of design and code to ToME ($5 on Steam, not on Switch unfortunately).
