"no" sounds like a solid stance then I guess. These settlements are considered illegal under international law, as they violate the Fourth Geneva Convention. That law which prohibits an occupying power from transferring its civilian population into the territory it occupies. The United States and have expressed concerns, mostly just concerns, the United Nations have passed several resolutions reaffirming their position, mostly in condemnation, but overall the stance from the US has been more lenient towards Israel's settlement policies.

It certainly seems that these days there is a trend of not acknowledging human rights abuses anymore, it could be seen as late stage capitalism mixed with a deadly cocktail of politics/religion perhaps. This apathy from the west, will not serve humanity well in my opinion.
