PWA should be the way. As long as the website is mobile responsive, PWA should be preferred in cases like this.

Perhaps you can share your knowledge with me. I don't know how chats that are not e2e are "encrypted". If telegram or other parties can access it, is it truly encrypted?
e2e are encrypted, but telegram chats are not e2e by default.
Telegram's chat aren't encrypted (in default settings atleast).

This message has been posted on their discord server yesterday, currently the app is being worked on and has no definitive ETA. We probably have to use other forks until that. I don't know whether I can share the discord server's link so not sharing that until a mod gives heads up.
