It is public and (relatively) common knowledge that an Abrams tank can fire accurately at speed over rough terrain by postponing the firing of a shell by just a fraction of a second until the gyroscopes and computers determine that tank is "floating" at the apex of a bump.
That tech has existed since the 1980's.
The implementation shown in this gif may be noncredible, but the concept most certainly belongs in the other place.

So much this. The whole point is to annihilate entire sectors of decent paying jobs. That's why "AI" is garnering all this investment. Exactly like Theranos. Doesn't matter if their product worked, or made any goddamned sense at all really. Just the very idea of nuking shitloads of salaries is enough to get the investor class to dump billions on the slightest chance of success.
That is an iterative backup of a file within a file system. It is not the same as periodic screenshots.

With every update Linux Mint (and every distro) becomes more refined.
There are still gaps; HDR isn't really there yet, never mind Dolby Vision... but if all you want is a PC that acts right and doesn't piss you off with ads and upsells... honestly, a default Linux Mint install is at least as good as Windows at this point.
