The special features are hard to replicate. Hue sync won't work for example. That's why I still use the hue hub in addition to a zigbee stick for non-hue lights and switches. But if they want a login I'd rather drop hue sync and just add the lamps to my zigbee stick.
There is no need to reflash them. Thy're zigbee, you can just connect them to a different hub or to a zigbee dongle.
I lived through the IE6 days. I don't want one browser or engine or company to dominate the web. We need multiple implementations of free and open standards.
But you don't need PS+ for Spider-Man and Horizon? And you could buy and sell the console + games after playing the two games you wanted to play on the platform.
It's not as convenient as just streaming the games, but it is possible.
