Because deleting your account doesn’t solve all your problems. It’s a solid bet still have all your information and data, which can be monetized, stolen or otherwise abused. And mentioned in article iirc, there is a current class action from parents about lack of protection for minors.

As others have mentioned, it’s on their machines.

It’s a $1850 upgrade from a RTX 3050 8GB

It also requires a $50 upgrade to 1350w PSU (from 750w)

Edit: that’s weird. That pricing above is for AMD based system. Intel based system the 4090 is +$1930 and +$70 for 1350w PSU

Actually you can custom build one, your able to get the price down to 3300 with AMD Ryzen 7 7700, 16GB and 512G SSD

Intel based is $3500 - i7 13700F, 8GB, 512 GB SSD
