Rudy Giuliani?

the big irony is: The UK was holding with HK a private container-shipping entry-point in china. Chinas comeback 100 years later will be holding a container-shipping island in europe named "UK". They would love to ship all their stuff next to europe and offer 3 day shipping to everyone in europe. And the UK is the island they gonna need for that. Russia and China put a wedge into the brains of 20% (30% were already lost/tories/racist/uneducated) of UK voters by letting people vote themself out of the EU and make it available for desperate contracts. The modern internet made it possible to confront everyone with its own fears via targeted ads. You are afraid of foreigners? Well, they will all come to your country! You are a racist? Well, there are million others, you should feel proud of yourself! You are anxious about sea-rights for shipping? Well the EU is gonna take it away from you.... and so on.

The weakest people think from the wall to the kitchen. Maybe from the house to the end of the street. But they will never understand international relations or foreign affairs. They are easy target. Too stupid to notice, too stupid to fight back. And the best thing is: you only need 51% to take full control. China and Russia knows this. They know the weakness of democracies and deliberately act on these weaknesses.

Another day, another 1000. Putin is fine with it and russians are fine with it... rinse and repeat.

There is nothing holding them back to change their decision tomorrow or next week. there are no consumer rights or even citizen rights to their own data like the EU developed in the last 10 years. There is no leash on companies to pause or continue this behavior anytime the feel like it.

Dude, that was just an example she made. There are so many fears he controlled in the last 10 years. How many microtargeted messages over facebook did putins trollfactories and Cambridge Analytica transmissioned? You have to understand that it goes down to the fears of single persons. Someone is afraid of foreigners and immigrants, there was a playbook and memes for these people. You have the fear of economical outlook, there was a folder with images to post for that. Your fear is democrats in the white house? Fear of black people looting cities? Caravans at the border? Socialists in the Government? President takes away your guns? Homosexuals? Nuclear War? There was a playbook do target all these people to cook a vast part of the society crazy and made them afraid of their own fears coming true - even if reality was not like that and they were concerted fed confirmation bias by anecdotal evidence, but amplified.

Transscript:

We have heard from Vladimir Putin if there is this continued strength in the war in Ukraine if the U.S. and all the countries continue to contribute, he has continued to raise the possibility of a nuclear threat. Is that one that you take seriously or worried about?

[Kallas] Of course, we have to take everything seriously, what he says. He has been threatening with the nuclear war for quite some time, but it has been only words. He's very good in sowing fear within our societies and really listening what we are afraid of and giving you the fears that you have, [ okay, you are afraid of the nuclear war, so I'm giving out this kind of signals and the public goes, oh wow, we can't do that. It is a trap, a trap of self deterrence, ] because if we are afraid, then we start to self-deter, and that is what Putin wants. [ So we also have to think what Putin is afraid of, and he is actually afraid of going to war with NATO. So he doesn't want that, and we of course don't want that either, but it is to understand the messages that he's giving out ] so that we would be afraid and refrain from the decisions that we would otherwise make.

Emphasis mine.

Putin is such a psycho. If he were just a citizen, he would need therapy. But as a despot of a country, Vladimir will kill half- to one-million people before therapy comes finally to him. Either by age or by the blade. There is no concept of peaceful transfer of powers in a dictatorship. In a Monarchy he could at least make one of his children with his affairs be a prince, but he never groomed one of his children into a successor like his Friend Kim did. Vladimir was always a loner on a horse without a shirt. I guess he will also die like that.

Those polling places are not worth the ashes anyway. I can understand why people set fire to them. They are an insult to every russian who has not completly gelatinized his brain with state TV.

A real perpetrator will have a local LLM running like stable diffusion and will not need Midjourneys SAAS. Alone for opsec reasons will no adversary use a US hosted platform to create their propaganda. This will stop domestic jokers, but will not stop concerted foreign operations in any way.

Bought to you by:

  • The 50's, where every utensil from car to ovens will have it's own nuclear reactor in the future
  • The 60's, where Mankind soon will travel through starsystems and vacations on the moon are possible
  • The 70's, where people thought that in a few years Neutron-Brains will be created that work just like the human brain
  • The 80's, where it was said that in the year 2000 we will have flying cars and hoverboards
  • The 90's, where the internet took off and soon nobody will ever send letters again
  • The 00's, that soon self driving cars will take over all transport business
  • The 10's, where a magical working all-knowing Siri/Alexa/Cortana voice will be the way people will interact with at home and on the go
  • Now the 20's, where AI will be able to recreate talent and come up with genuine new ideas never before seen by mankind

I do not think AI can recreate talent or art. AI can imitate art and copy already existing art and melt it to something new. But an Artist-AI can not take two noses of coke, one bottle of vodka and come up with a novel new concept of creative work. Sure it will come up with things never seen before, but will it resonate with people or will it just be weird, quirky or empty? It is not enough to render an image of a diamond skull, you actually have to build it like Damien Hirst. Artist of the type of Banksy, Dali and Francis Bacon will not get replaced by AI. AI will not stand in the streets spraying walls, AI will not get off board off a ship in New York holding a human-long bread and AI will certainly not be able to draw triptychs of pain and suffering based on the death of his friend. AI will copy something that looks like it, but it will not have the "Talent" or the depth to make it believable and knit a story around it and know the people to communicate to. It most certainly will be used to subvert people on social media to vote against their interests and radicalize opinions. That is it's talent.

will seek the dissolution of a pro-reform party that won the most votes in last year’s election, saying there is evidence the party “undermines the democratic system with the king as the head of state”.

You have to read this again and again. The King does not want the reforms the poeple voted for democratically. Why even have democratic votes if in the end a king (in tank tops) will dissolve the democratic voted party.
