Baerbock is also against Hamas. Scholz is also against the suffering of civilians.

The suffering of Palestinian civilians “cannot go on,” German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock warned Tuesday during a visit to Cairo, urging more concrete measures to deliver humanitarian aid to the besieged Gaza Strip.

“The Israeli army must do more to protect Palestinian civilians in Gaza,” Baerbock said, after a meeting with her Egyptian counterpart Sameh Shoukry, German media reported. “The suffering of so many innocent Palestinians cannot go on like this.”

Baerbock said Gaza and the West Bank belong to Palestinians, who should not be displaced from these territories. Israel has been carrying out a devastating ground assault in the Gaza Strip for months, in response to a violent attack by Hamas militants on Israelis in October.

The foreign minister also called for the opening of more border crossings and for more frequent humanitarian breaks to allow the flow of aid. “The speed of deliveries is now crucial,” Baerbock said, adding that the current aid is “not enough to reach the people.”

Baerbock traveled to Israel Sunday and is headed to the Rafah crossing later Tuesday, along with Shoukry, German media reported.

I'm sure there will be exceptions like in Germany:

Symbols known to fall under the law are: the swastika as a symbol of the Nazi Party, prohibited in all variants, including mirrored, inverted etc. (exceptions are only applied to swastikas used as religious symbols in Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain temples)

Have you heard about the paradox of tolerance?

I would not say it's a taboo within the German population to speak out against the current Israeli government.

It's a poorly written article that confuses with its wrong translation of "Staatsraison" and omits the classification of Samidoun as a wing of PFLP, declared a terrorist organization by both the EU and the US. Supporting terrorist organizations is illegal. People getting canceled does not necessarily mean they did something illegal, and there hasn't been a discussion about criminalizing criticism of Israel.

Criticizing Netanyahu's actions is very popular in Germany. It's just true that the German government does not do that enough.

Where did you get that from?

Australian lawmakers have banned the performance of the Nazi salute in public and outlawed the display or sale of Nazi hate symbols such as the swastika in landmark legislation that went into effect in the country Monday. The new laws also make the act of glorifying OR praising acts of terrorism a criminal offense.

The crime of publicly performing the Nazi salute or displaying the Nazi swastika is punishable by up to 12 months in prison, according to the Reuters news agency.

Mark Dreyfus, Australia's Attorney-General, said in a press release Monday that the laws — the first of their kind in the country — sent "a clear message: there is no place in Australia for acts and symbols that glorify the horrors of the Holocaust and terrorist acts."

They are on your list (which is seen as the official one by many and has most visits) to guide transphobes and fascists to their fitting community?? Exploding-heads is not labeled as transphobe and fascist on join-lemmy. So that does't make sense.

Yes, I think it would be best if they would all gather on one instance that can get defederated. Right now they attract users on join-lemmy with "Use humor and facts to hold the ruling class accountable", no other info.

Right now, instances with transphobic and racist content like exploding-heads are still listed on join-lemmy.org. Are you planning to implement a Server Convenant like on joinmastodon.org? To be listed on joinmastodon.org, an instance needs “Active moderation against racism, sexism, homophobia and transphobia”.
