I think we really just need to remove the burden of having to work yourself to death just to pay for the existence you didnt ask for.

Which is why UBI or other similar strategies are becoming popular again. Ive thought a lot about this recently and we have too large or a system that depends entirely too much on transactions of money because it is a much easier way to trade goods and services as opposed to some kind of bartering system.

But money and power corrupt everything over a long enough period of time. Massive turmoil can short circuit that as in times of crisis where values can shift greatly.

I think the systems we rely on can't really be dismantled at this point. We need to create an equilibrium before we can start that dismantling of useless, broken, restrictive, unethical, ways in which we transact with other people.

UBI should be used as the mechanism to achieve that equilibrium so that everyone can use the system. If we arent able to financially exploit people anymore than the people will be able to live for the themselves.

Not everyone will want to use that opportunity for self improvement, and we need to work to build a system that lets people not have to be a part of it while it still provides for them to live their unasked for existence in much more meaningful manner.

Conservatism is a vile plague of inhumanity, oppression and death and should be treated as such. It is due for a cure.

And yet they seem to be the majority, or close to it. So one has to ask, why is that so many people turn to it. It has to give them value. And is that value real or perceived.

For some it is very real, usually the exceptionally wealthy. Which means conservatism is profitable.

Not having empathy for anyone outside of your in group would make it easy to dismiss or justify the fact that the first rule of capitalism is find a weakness and exploit it

There are enough stories of intelligent zombies that its easy to say he can be considered a zombie inspite of his intelligence. I think a better argument is that zombies are only one form of animated dead.

Zombies are dead things like liches, ghouls, vampires, wights, revenants etc. just as there are many stories of these creatures there are probably as many, or at least enough of coming back to life and not being some form of animated corpse.

Resurrection, reincarnation, regeneration, wishing and of course miracles

The story of jesus is clearly a divine/holy intervention though which suggests NOT an animated corpse but a true return to life.

So I also say no, but for different reasons.

Will that stop me from calling easter zombie jesus day? It will not :p

I was just pointing out a logical fallacy. It's literally impossible to do the thing you said.

This is just facts, they aren't an opinion

Hey my guy, if you just need to increase your calorie count just add healthy fats to your diet. Fat is incredibly calorie dense so a little goes a long way.

Nuts are a good way to add calories to your day.

Can i ask you to describe a couple of typical meals you would make for yourself?

Ill tell you how i would modify it with what i have in my cupboards

I'm not missing the ball thank you very much.

But you are obviously my point because you just restated everything i was talking about.

I couldn't agree with you more

I'm not sure how to respond to this.

Reply was where it was intended.

Im clearly (to me anyway) responding to the conversation about outcomes and intents you quoted, but was reply to the conversation between you and the other person. Was trying to offer more support to your position since neither of you mentioned the facet i brought up. I may have rambled a bit but re reading it im not sure why you responded the way you did.

Im not that invested in this though so im just going leave it as i was agreeing with you, intent is a useful tool to use in any incident of judgment. Not one that needs to be used in the judgement, but needs to be considered before judgment

When you are calling these fucking assholes weirdos, do you realize how fucking many kids have had to live through that stigma being slung at them unfairly and hurtfully?

Do you know why one of the worlds most loved and celebrated humans calls himself Weird Al Yankovich?

Yes im venting im sorry but this new tactic against the enemies of humanity is going to cause damage to people who are already and always have been vulnerable.

Shame on everyone who is jumping on this band wagon with absolutely no understanding of the consequences you are having.

I hope you can live with yourself for being part of the reason kids feel like they need to take a gun, go to school, and start shooting their bullies. While thats not the motivation of all these school shootings it was very much a big part of Columbine happening.

So go ahead and keep doing harm to a small group of people you didnt give enough thought to before you propagate this moniker for people are some of the worst people in history
