The human body is incredibly picky. Everything has to be just right or the human simply dies of anything and everything. Things like gravity, radiation, temperature, pressure and so many other variables matter a lot.

Space exploration and asteroid mining are the kinds of jobs better left for robots.

Also, industrial grade, surgical grade, space grade or whatever grade stuff is just funny marketing BS to me. You could probably come up with fancy terms for selling something as mundane as pencils. Instead of calling the materials wood and graphite, these marketing monkeys would probably use some fancy super high tech words instead.

Yes. Industrial grade ultrasonic sensors are harmful to your health. They can be used, for example, to measure the water level in a tank. If you need to enter a place like that, you should physically disconnect the sensor first. You might not hear much of the noise, but you may feel it in your teeth or some other places.

Meanwhile, Reddit is like: “Hold my beer.”

I think you’re right. Reddit is in a really tough spot now that we’re living the early days of AI. IMO Reddit should make their own LLM and call it Snoo or something. This way, people could asks Snoo to solve all their tech issues.

And that’s on a good day. Can you imagine how my spelling looks like in the morning before having coffee and/or when I’m standing in a train during the rush hour? It’s so far from human readable, that I’m inclined to call it a type of encryption.

This is the way.

So it’s going to be like Facebook and Instagram. People just love sending me links that lead to the same ugly login wall I’ve already seen many times.

Literally the only reason why I still bump into Reddit even when I’m not trying to.

Here’s an example from real life. When I searched for “ipados brave yutube ads adblock”, I found some Reddit posts discussing the issue.

Spoiler: Ditch brave and switch to something else.

BTW, Reddit is currently in the “hold my beer” sort of state when it comes to shooting itself in the foot.

But then unemployed facebook moms can’t spread their misinformation about whatever it is that’s virally spreading that week.

At least those flash drives can easily store your entire library these days. You only need one, and it doesn’t even have to be an expensive one.
