I think the original artist is: https://dresdencodak.com but I could not find this specific comic on his website.

Dresden Codak is the shiiiiit! I've been reading how comics for decades now. The sheer amount of clever world building he does is amazing. He rarely updates, but they're always nice surprises.

I love the way it handles trans characters. In today's comic it's revealed that the other girl is actually a guy too, so they're two trans guys who love each other. It's so sweet! 🥰
