Hearing loss likely accompanies vestibular dysfunction. Not hard to explain imbalance.

Then why would hearing aids fix it? I didn’t think vestibular dysfunction worked like that

Hearing aids won’t fix vestibular dysfunction but hearing has to help with having an additional sense. There is also a link between hearing loss and cognitive decline and hearing aids may help with that as well.

Lemmy science: this is correlation, not causation.

And that's important, because the incidence of death in individuals (including scientists!) who don't understand the difference is 100%
