You have to buy an Alienware R15 pre-built PC to get it.

What's the specs and price of the full rig?

[-] crawley@lemmy.world 3 points 1 year ago

Current best price for an R15 with a 4090 is $3700

Specs:

13th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-13900KF
2 x 32 GB, DDR5, 4800 MT/s
NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4090
4 TB SSD

And I assume proprietary mobo

That's not too bad. Pretty much tack on an extra $1000 for Alienware branding. Cheaper to build by a long shot.

Thanks!

Actually you can custom build one, your able to get the price down to 3300 with AMD Ryzen 7 7700, 16GB and 512G SSD

Intel based is $3500 - i7 13700F, 8GB, 512 GB SSD

Can’t be purchased standalone. Part of a prebuilt only.

As others have mentioned, it’s on their machines.

It’s a $1850 upgrade from a RTX 3050 8GB

It also requires a $50 upgrade to 1350w PSU (from 750w)

Edit: that’s weird. That pricing above is for AMD based system. Intel based system the 4090 is +$1930 and +$70 for 1350w PSU
