Starting next year, users will be able to pay for fresh groceries using their Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits from right within the Uber Eats app.

Uber Eats barely pays it's drivers enough to cover operating expenses. Virtually all of a driver's net income is from tips.

Most UE drivers won't even accept grocery orders because they take more time, effort, and pay less than fast food.
