The flag in the screenshot is of the USSR, ie the Communists, not the Russian Federation. You do know that, right?

Some part of me would want to argue 'that's still Putin's flag, he's reinstating Cold War & KGB mindset' but honestly, he's taken things far beyond anything his predecessors did.
