Buy the one with the hitman 3 maps (Dubai, Darthmoor etc.) I went back to look at what I bought but it seems to be removed from the storepage. There's only world of assassination. It syncs with your ioi account and adds the other maps

Thanks. Makes more sense now. It's this edition if purchasing on Steam. Would I have the New York and Haven Island DLC if I already own Hitman 1 & 2?

All dlcs you already own will be transferred to woa. You won't miss out on any progress or any content you've already paid for.
