I'm on Firefox with all the necessary extensions. It works straight away for me. Could you try with a different browser than the one you currently have.
He's also on Firefox, he's just using the "noscript" extension to block javascript (which is needed to play the video. But he doesn't know which javascript code he should unblock)
I tried multiple combos, everything obvious, and it still didnt play.
You obviously dont have NoScript installed then ...
