After making a decent chunk in 100% L.A. Noire, i went back to (Modded) Skyrim to take a break. I took this while walking from solitude to Winterhold to start the mage's guild quest. I believe it's right outside of Solitude
modded eh? One of my must have mods is Uncle Sheo's loading screens. There're also versions for all DLCs
