I'd say no you can't do that. It is missing a neutral connector entirely and there is no way it could preserve all functionality if it were possible to configure another port as the neutral phase connector. And as a tiny size is the most important aspect of it's design, I wouldn't expect there to be an internal circuit that would allow a reconfiguration like that, even if the number of connectors were not the limit.
If you want to use one with a neutral connection, choose the appropriate product.
