no to rain on the parade but this is definitely human made content pretending like it's some weird AI shit. the names are way too obvious. Only a person trying to make a funny meme would put "broop, fooby, foob, shimp" in there.
Literally first try and not even using a seed of a yearbook snippet. If I used a seed it would be even better. Used Dalle3 with prompt "school yearbook with names".

Idk why but Broop, Foob, Hammin, and Jort look like they're part of a team in robotics club.
