[solved] Shower cartridge should just pull straight out?

Second guessing before I brute force this and break the cartridge. It should just pull straight out at this point?
There's a cheap extraction tool that makes this wasaay easier. Don't try to brute force it!
Just search for cartridge puller and your shower faucet brand
